First GPPL event annouced 2009/08/30

Open for entries...  2009 Hasn’t had too much to offer on the paintball side up until now! Everybody has probably heard about the new Association in paintball even though not too much information has been released.

We are constructing an official press release with all the information on the SAPBA (South African Paintball Association) that will clarify all the intentions and structures of this association.

Well to kick it all off we are Proud to announce the First of 2 GPPL (Gauteng Professional Paintball League) trail events scheduled for 2009 that will give everybody a taste of things to come in 2010. We intend to make the events as budget friendly as possible while still giving you a great event.

The GPPL will form the Gauteng leg of a combination of individual leagues  brought together by 1 single National Event intended to ultimately choose an S.A. squad that will represent S.A. in a series of different international events throughout the next year. But we will explain this and a whole lot more in the upcoming press release.

The 1st event will be hosted by the newly upgraded Kreature Paintball close to Northgate shopping centre and will have a team Limit of only 12 teams meaning first come first serve so be sure to book your spot ASAP. The event will also only be 1 day long and will be a 5man event ran on the Millennium rule set with a ROF of 10.5 BPS(balls per second).
